If you need reusable crates, heavy-duty custom pallets, or secure containers for fragile materials, we can build and label them to match your inventory, making reassembly easier at future events. “If it needs to be crated, cushioned, or custom-wrapped—we’ve got it covered. Our goal is to protect your brand as much as your booth,” says Office Manager Kira McIntire.

We provide secure storage options for exhibitors between shows. Whether you need short-term holding between back-to-back events or long-term booth warehousing, your materials are kept in our monitored facility. 

“Our long- and short-term storage solutions are designed to fit your tradeshow schedule. Materials are kept in our secure 98,000 sq ft warehouse and made available for delivery based on your specific event calendar,” says Kira McIntire, Office Manager of A&E Relocation Services.

While we take every precaution to protect your materials, we also offer various insurance and valuation plans to provide added peace of mind. These coverage options include:

Limited Liability Coverage is included at no additional cost. This plan offers basic protection based on weight ($0.72 per pound per item), regardless of the item’s actual value.

Full Value Protection is available for purchase and provides broader coverage. “Under Full Value Protection, your mover is responsible for the replacement value of lost or damaged goods in your entire shipment,” states the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Items of Extraordinary Value Declaration also comes at an additional cost. This plan is specifically for items with a value of $100 per pound or more, as they are not covered in the Full Value Protection Plan. If you purchase this plan and list the items you’d like covered on this declaration, your moving company will be responsible for replacing, repairing, or reimbursing you for the full market value of the item should it get lost or damaged during the move.
