With this being the 27th move of my life, I can honestly say that Roman, Anthony and Sydney are the most professional, careful, efficient and excellent packing team that I’ve ever experienced. They meticulously pack and label each box and take the time to ask us questions. I am so glad that we chose Mayflower for our cross country move.Edited 11/5- Another successful day with Mayflower and Team Sydney aided by Angie and Isiah. Such wonderful human beings and talented specialists. They really took their time to carefully pack our most priceless family heirlooms. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sydney and Angie from AE Relocations, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. They came in and handled about 95% of my apartment packing in preparation for my upcoming move—and they did it with such professionalism, warmth, and efficiency that it really lifted a weight off my shoulders.Both Sydney and Angie were polite, friendly, and incredibly respectful of my home and belongings. Sean Carlson, Nick k, Robert D were awesome. Even after getting a different address they were still prompt. The team made sure any and all areas were protected and covered to prevent any type of damage, but no damage was made. They were polite and very inviting as being new to the area. Would recommend for your moving needs!

Anthony & Lonnie came by today to help with our PCS.My husband offered to lend a hand but the guys were super efficient. They gave us some much needed time to relax and tackle other tasks. Despite being as fast as they were, they did everything with an attention to detail.Our items were being handled with care. Especially my husband’s two motorcycles which obviously means a great deal to us.The guys were also super respectful. Every mover was professional, friendly, and truly white glove in their service. As a real estate agent, I’ve also referred several clients to A&E, and they've all had glowing feedback. Disclaimer: this review had a clear 5 star review from us in July 2021, when they moved us from the Seattle area to a southern city. The experience was great. But when I booked them to move my daughter back north, the experience was less than average at best. They didn't show up on the scheduled day (a scheduling faux pas), broke some dishes, and left the premises with several items still in the truck. Disappointment. Rating reduced from a five star experience to a three (average between 5 and 1). I hope we don't have to move again, but if we do, A & E Relocation Services will not be there. Sorry guys. Family is everything to me.A & E Relocation Services did a great job for us. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering relocation. As a family that relocated a dozen times, I can testify that this was the best moving experience we have ever had.Starting with their agent who came to my home and put together an estimate. He was precise, took good measurements of what we had, and submitted an honest and comprehensive estimate. Since we asked for a complete door-to-door, meaning taking apart everything, fully packing the entire house, loading it, and unloading it, then putting together everything that needed installation, it was a complicated job. But the estimate was fair.Just to put things in perspective, I asked another company for the exact same thing, and they indeed came in lower. But when I asked for a few boxes to pack delicate stuff, they said it was extra, another person for packing was extra, and the bottom line came in a lot more expensive than A&E.When the day arrived, A&E showed up on time, and by the end of the day the entire house (three stories, fully packed) was packed into boxes and taken apart.the next day, another team showed up with two trucks, and by the end of the day, everything was on the two trucks heading to our destination.On the third and final day, the same team arrived with the two trucks, and by the end of the day we had the skeleton of a house: all beds installed in place, all appliances in place and working, boxes sorted by name found themselves in the correct destination.Every single person on the two teams was nice, personable, courteous, and careful with our stuff. A week after that they came again to collect the boxes and papers.And guess what, we came in under estimate, and were charged much less than anticipated. That in itself was a new experience for me. I was never charged under estimate.Kudos to A&E Relocation Services, personally to Jim, Junior, and the Hawaiian Team. It was a pleasure working with you!
