They called beforehand to give us a warning, showed up when they said they would, and were done with daylight left for us to finish arranging after they left. They explained what to expect before they started, communicated well throughout, and were overall very efficient.

Nick B. and Isaiah Y. were amazing! They came to pack our belongings for a PCS move and they did such an awesome job. They were so meticulous and careful with our belongings. It was our first PCS and I’d heard so many horror stories, and was honestly prepared for the worst. But it turned out better than I could have imagined. These are the guys you want to pack your house up - you won’t find better.

I really appreciated their time management and how promptly they arrived, just as they said they would. They worked very quickly while still being careful with all of our belongings. They made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it and were respectful and kind from our very first interaction. They also took the proper precautions to ensure there were no marks or scrapes left on the apartment. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism and care throughout the entire move! Yesterday, Sean Karlson and his crew of the hardest working movers I’ve ever seen, Anthony F., Isaiah Y, and Donovan came to my house to move my things. They were friendly, professional, and took great care to make sure that a rock table that my grandma and grandpa made and my great grandma’s antique photograph and domed glass frame were protected for the journey. They worked quickly on an impossibly hot day and finished under the time I had expected it to take. Sean gave me some sound advice about using tape to secure drawers and saved me some damage that could have happened by the time my stuff arrived in NC. I appreciated that! Their professionalism and skill as a team made this move for me, stress free and worry free. I’m so fortunate to have had this group of guys care for my belongings! Thank you so much, Sean, Anthony, Isaiah, and Donovan! You are an exemplar of what a moving team should be!

In Washington State, Vincent, Michael and Donavon were very organized and each of these guys contributed to making our move day an actual FUN and stress-free experience! These guys were THE BEST!…Once the move arrived at the final destination in Maine, Corey and Isaiah were FANTASTIC at getting things unpacked and placed appropriately…Now, as to my experience with Mayflower and the logistics of tracking the move? That’s another story. While each person I spoke to was helpful, there was literally NO TRACKING AVAILABLE! What good is a ‘tracking portal’ if your move drops off the map as soon as it leaves your house and then is ‘somewhere out there’ until it arrives at the destination literally across the country?!!!! All I can say is, Mayflower, you need to stop setting an expectation of being able to track a move if that is NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! Exasperating and false advertising as far as I’m concerned.10+ on the admin and actual movers! Minus 10 when it comes to knowing where one’s stuff is!!

A & E came and moved all our big furniture from one house next door to our new house. Lewa, Carlos and Vincent were very thorough, accommodating and professional. They spent 7:30 minutes moving as directed and did a lot of heavy lifting from a two story house to their 28' truck then unloading to two new buildings. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Vincent, Michael S and Lewa were awesome. They were meticulous and took care to ensure they wrapped all furniture. Safeguarded the glass with additional packing. (I had already packed stuff in boxes so can’t specify details there). They lined the floors and door edges and ensured nothing scrapped the wall edges/lights etc. they also waited patiently while I vacuumed before loading the vacuum cleaner as requested by me. They were polite , courteous and dedicated. I will definitely recommend them.The only thing I didn’t anticipate is the time they took to complete- I anticipated 2 -3 hours but they worked solid5 hours. But the quality spoke for the extra time. So do keep the day free - this is not hurry and complete kind of job … more a careful- meticulous dealing.

Our movers arrived at our apartment around 11:30 a.m., and because of the challenging layout, they didn’t finish until 9:00 p.m. The path from the truck to our apartment was long ,it required going through the garage, taking the elevators, and then up to our second-floor apartment.David, Dan, and Dareus were our moving crew, and from start to finish they maintained such a positive attitude and incredible work ethic. While I was unpacking and directing where boxes needed to go, they never slowed down and kept working efficiently all day. I honestly wish they had been given more help because it was a big job, but they made it work without ever complaining.They even stayed until 10:00 p.m. to make sure everything was completed, including setting up our bunk bed and dining table as part of the move. Their dedication and professionalism did not go unnoticed.Thank you, David, Dan, and Dareus, for your hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to getting the job done right. You made what could have been a very stressful and exhausting moving day so much easier. We truly appreciate everything you did!

This was a military-related move. Manny, Dakota, Jeramiah, and Anthony were great. Dakota was patient, and explained a lot of what was happening, as my experience with overseas moves is non-existent. Manny and Anthony were professional and asked questions as needed, which I appreciated, because I’ve heard horror stories about military moves and trash bags being packed. So I was happy when Anthony asked me about specific items that he didn’t want to assume were for packing. Jeramiah helped with my husband’s comic book inventory and made sure our long list of titles was printed and added to our inventory list. He was also very communicative when he was packing up our kitchen, which is probably everyone’s least favorite room. I know it’s my least favorite to pack. All in all, everyone was careful with our things, which I appreciated because it’s easy for someone to just handle items with no care especially if it’s not yours, but knowing how hard my husband and I have worked over the last 20+ years, and all the separations and deployments, a lot of these “things” and “stuff” are our memories of the good, bd, and ugly. So we cherish them. Thank you for taking care of our things. Hopefully the odds will be in our favor at our destination.Paul and Mia Carter

This crew of Phil, Cod, Manny, and Dakota were the best. Every single mover worked quickly and did so with professionalism and class.
